Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 15 ounce Cooked beans, Mexican style
  • 8 ounce Tomato sauce
  • 4 ounce Minced green chiles
  • 1 pkt Taco seasoning mix
  • 6 x 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown beef and onions. Drain. Stir in the canned beans
  2. (Mexican spicy) tomato sauce, chiles and taco seasoning. Mix. Layer half the tortillas on the bottom of an 11- by 7- inch backing pan. Spread half the meat mix over and sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 min and let stand 10 min before cutting and serving.
  4. NOTES : This is not too warm or possibly spicy, depends on that beans you buy.
  5. If you want spicy - try the buritto seasoning mix.
