Ingredients
- 6 x egg yolks
- 2 can condensed lowfat milk - (14 ounce ea)
- 2 c. Key Lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter melted
Directions
- Combine melted butter, brown sugar and Graham cracker crumbs. Mix well to moisten crumbs. Spread crumbs proportionately on bottom half and half-way up the sides of a well-greased 10-inch spring form pan. Place crust in cooler till ready to fill.
- Stir together condensed lowfat milk, lime juice and egg yolks. Blend well. Remove 1 c. of mix and place in a bowl. Blend in Tabasco brand Green pepper Sauce.
- Pour remaining mix into crust, then place the Tabasco mix on top. Swirl mixtures together.
- Bake in a water bath in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 2 hrs or possibly till set.
- Remove cake from water bath and continue baking for 30 min. Allow cake to cold completely before removing from spring form pan.
- This recipe yields 1 pie.
- Yield: 1 pie
