Directions

  1. Combine melted butter, brown sugar and Graham cracker crumbs. Mix well to moisten crumbs. Spread crumbs proportionately on bottom half and half-way up the sides of a well-greased 10-inch spring form pan. Place crust in cooler till ready to fill.
  2. Stir together condensed lowfat milk, lime juice and egg yolks. Blend well. Remove 1 c. of mix and place in a bowl. Blend in Tabasco brand Green pepper Sauce.
  3. Pour remaining mix into crust, then place the Tabasco mix on top. Swirl mixtures together.
  4. Bake in a water bath in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 2 hrs or possibly till set.
  5. Remove cake from water bath and continue baking for 30 min. Allow cake to cold completely before removing from spring form pan.
  6. This recipe yields 1 pie.
  7. Yield: 1 pie
