Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix for C.L.U.E. Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
  • 3 T. chopped Mexican Chocolate such as Ibarra (I could not find Ibarra chocolate so I used Ghirardelli 60% Cacao bittersweet chocolate.)
  • Grandma’s Hot Cocoa
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 c. hot water
  • 4 c. (1 qt.) whole milk
  • 3/4 t. vanilla extract
  • Miniature marshmallows or sweetened whipped cream (optional)
