Ingredients

  • 8 x Large eggs, hard-cook, halve
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar, shred
  • 1/4 c. Mayo
  • 1/4 c. Salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. Green onions, slice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream Salt

Directions

  1. Mash the yolks with cheese, mayo, salsa, onions, lowfat sour cream and salt.
  2. Proportionately fill the whites. Serve immediately or possibly refrigeratetill ready to serve.
