Ingredients
8 x Large eggs, hard-cook, halve
1/2 c. Cheddar, shred
1/4 c. Mayo
1/4 c. Salsa
2 Tbsp. Green onions, slice
1 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream Salt
Directions
Mash the yolks with cheese, mayo, salsa, onions, lowfat sour cream and salt.
Proportionately fill the whites. Serve immediately or possibly refrigeratetill ready to serve.
