1 1/2 lbs. sweet sausage
1 med. onion
1-2 minced tomatoes
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese (mild Mexican)
Tortilla chips

Directions

Fry hamburg, sausage and onion; drain. Add in cut up cheese, heat. Stir in tomatoes. Serve over tortillas or possibly corn chips. May use warm Mexican Velveeta, depending on taste. May serve with a salad as a main dish.
