Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. self rising corn meal
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. cream style corn
- 3 or possibly 4 banana peppers
- 1 med. onion, minced
- Minced pepperoni
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grind onion, pepperoni and banana peppers together in food processor. Mix all ingredients together. Grease iron skillet and sprinkle corn meal in bottom of pan. Bake till golden and crust forms on bottom and top.
