  1. Mix at low speed first 3 ingredients till mix resembles chocolate lowfat milk, then at higher speed till thick. Place graham crackers on wax paper. Place frosting side down, each layer till you reach 11 layers. Carefully slip onto side. Frost top and sides then chill for 6 hrs. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Serves 8-10.
