- ½ cup buttermilk

- Glaze:
- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
- ¼ cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- ½ cup half and half
- ½ cup confectioner’s sugar
- 5 ounces good quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped
