Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate or possibly 4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sour lowfat milk, place 1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar in 1/2 c. measure; fill with lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, oil, chocolate and water in a saucepan and heat till chocolate is melted. Combine flour, baking soda, sugar, lowfat milk, Large eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla in large bowl. Then combine with first mix. Pour batter into a greased 12 x 18 inch cake pan; bake 20-25 min or possibly till cake test done. Five min before cake is done, prepare:
