- 2 cans bean dip
- 2 avocados mashed with one tsp lemon juice
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2 minced tomatoes
- 1/2 c. minced onions, green
- 1 c. sliced ripe olives
- Grated cheese for topping
Directions
- Mix lowfat sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning. In a shallow dish, place the layers:1. Bean dip 2. Avocados 3. Dressing mix 4. Tomatoes 5. Green onions 6. Olives 7. Grated cheese
- Serve with chips or possibly crackers.
