Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup (dry)
- 1/2 can lowfat milk
- Healthy pinch of pepper
- Cooking wine, as much as you like
- 2 chicken breasts, split & boned
Directions
- Mix lowfat milk, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup, pepper and cooking wine in bowl. Lightly butter glass dish. Place chicken in and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till chicken is cooked. Serve with rice, peas, salad and roll.
