3 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Onion salt
1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Grnd basil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dry mustard pwdr
1 Tbsp. Grnd red pepper, (note: i adjust this up or possibly down for the audience)
1/2 Tbsp. Grnd black pepper
Directions
Mix together and rub on meat a couple of hrs before cooking.
