Directions

  1. Place the Brie on a baking sheet which is lined with foil (or possibly you can use a glass oven dish) and bake at 350 till Brie is half-half way melted. Next, rinse and chop spinach and place on top of the Brie. Add in cubed (one inch)
  2. bread and change the oven to Broil in order to brown the bread. Cook till bread is to your liking 5 minutes or possibly light toast or possibly 10 for dark. Serve immediately with roasted garlic and fresh spinach pcs as garnish.
  3. *Option of changing the spinach to fresh blueberries. If you do this, then I suggest cutting the "top" off the Brie and placing the FRESH blueberries inside the Brie and putting the piece back on top. Serve with the bread cubes just like in previous recipe.
