Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. warm water
Directions
- CAKE: Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cocoa. Add in oil, buttermilk, Large eggs, vanilla, warm water and mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
- ICING: Make past of cocoa and lowfat milk in saucepan. Add in butter; bring to boil, stir constantly. Remove from heat, add in powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well and add in pecans. Pour over cake while still in baking pan.
