Ingredients

  • 12 ounce. fresh or possibly frzn tortellini, cooked, liquid removed and rinsed
  • 2 fresh peaches, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1 c. sliced celery

Directions

  1. Whirl dressing ingredients in blender adding 1/2 c. oil slowly.
  2. Mix together pasta, peaches, parsley and celery. Add in dressing. Cold and serve.
