Mee Goreng (Fried Egg Noodles)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Dry egg noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1 x Teacup stock or possibly water
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil

Directions

  1. Soak the noodles in boiling water for a minute. Drain in a colander and rinse well with cool water. Squeeze off excess water.
  2. Preheat the wok or possibly frying pan. Add in the oil and move it round the wok, then add the noodles and toss till warm.
  3. Add all the sauces and continue to stir. Lastly add the stock or possibly water around the edges of the wok and continue to stir for a further 1 minute.
  4. Remove onto a plate and serve.
