Ingredients
- 2 c. peeled and cubed baked potatoes
- 9 ounce frzn artichoke hearts thawed
- 1/4 c. black olives minced
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing, low calorie
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix potatoes, artichoke hearts, black olives, and chopped garlic. toss with Italian dressing.
