Ingredients
- 2 lb Grnd beef -or possibly-
- 1 lb Grnd beef -and-
- 1 lb Grnd pork
- 1 c. Shredded carrots (use the slicer side of a four-sided grater)
- 1 c. Saltines (22 crackers), coarsely crumbled by hand
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 x -(up to)
- 1/2 c. Minced onions (depending upon taste)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Clove garlic chopped
Directions
- Combine. Bake at 350 for ninety min. Let stand 10 min before serving.
- NOTE: I cover the top with ketchup for the last 30 min. Mmmmm!!
