• 2 c. onions, diced or possibly 1 c. dry onion mix soaked in warm water
• 2 c. water
• 12 large eggs
• 5 cans Carnation lowfat milk
• 4 c. oatmeal or possibly cracker meal
• 1/3 c. salt
• 4 (53 ounce) cans sweet & sour sauce
