Directions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients till blended. Bake at 350 degrees till browned. Carefully remove from pan without breaking. Drain drippings reserving 2 Tbsp.. Place on burner. Add in minced onion and pepper; cook till limp but not browned. Stir in 2 Tbsp. flour, then the cans of stewed tomatoes. Cook several min till thickened. If not thick sufficient, mix 1 Tbsp. cornstarch with some cool water and stir into tomatoes. Slice meat loaf and serve with stewed tomatoes over it.
