Ingredients

  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. soft bred crumbs
  • 1/2 c. dill pickle juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Shape into loaf and pour the following over it: 1/2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. sugar 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  2. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees, basting often.
