Ingredients

2 lbs. grnd beef
1 c. crackers, crushed
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 to 1/2 c. onion, minced

3/4 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Directions

Mix together and press into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
