Directions

  1. Separate cabbage leaves and soften in boiling water. Drain.
  2. Combine meat, salt, pepper, cooked rice and lowfat milk; mix well.
  3. Place a Tbsp. of mix on cabbage leaf and roll up and place in pressure cooker which you have melted the 2 Tbsp. of shortening in.
  4. Brown slightly.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar and add in 1/2 c. water.
  6. Close cover securely. Cook 10 min at highest pressure.
  7. Remove from heat and let pressure drop.
