Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. grnd beef (chuck or possibly round)
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 4 slices white bread soaked in 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 tbsp. onion flakes
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Mix well and form into balls the size of a small walnut. In shallow pans bake in a 375 degree oven just till grey in color. Turn over during process. This takes only a few min. Let cold.
  2. Freeze meat balls in a covered container. To be ready to serve, place in a shallow pan. Heat in a 375 degree oven till browned and serve with the following sauce:
