- 1 pound burger
- 1 egg
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lg. jar Ragu marinara sauce
- French rolls
- Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix burger, egg, bread crumbs, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese, then form meatballs. Place in a pan, meat balls with marinara sauce, simmer for 1 hour. Place meat balls and sauce over French rolls. Grate Cheddar cheese on top and heat under broiler.
