  • 4 ounce. small shell or possibly elbow pasta
  • 1 pound grnd meat
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon thyme, marjoram, or possibly savory
  • 10 ounce. frzn mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 c. crushed crackers

Directions

  1. Cook pasta, set aside. Cook meat and onion till brown. Drain fat. Stir in soup, cheese, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, Worcestershire sauce, and herb. Stir in vegetables and pasta. Put mix in a 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min, covered. Uncover and cook for 5 - 10 min more.
