Ingredients
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 cooked chicken breasts, minced
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli, thawed
- 1 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 shredded carrots
- 1/4 sm. red onion, finely minced
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
Directions
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/4 c. warm water. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 min.
