Mcclure Family Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 1 med onion diced
  • 1 lb Velveeta cubed
  • 1 can RoTel diced tomatoes & green chilies undrained tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage till no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain on paper towels and set aside. In large microwave-safe bowl, combine Velveeta cubes and Ro*Tel (juice included). Microwave on HIGH for 5 min, stirring well after 2 min and then every minute thereafter, or possibly till cheese is completely melted. Add in onion and sausage; mix well. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
