Directions

  1. Combine these ingredients into a 2-qt pot and stir well, bring to a boil. Pour mix into a 9-inch pan. After that, you take a c. of flour and a stick of room temperature butter and mix well. This is your top crust. Place dough on top of filling. To your own taste, pour sugar, nutmeg, and butter on top of dough. Turn oven on 375 degrees and bake till golden. May take up to 30 min. Oven does not have to be preheated. Enjoy cobbler with pure cream or possibly vanilla ice cream.
