Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add in the water and beat 1 minute. Add in the mayonnaise and beat 1 minute. Add in the vanilla and beat 1 minute.Pour into a greased and lightly floured pan, 13 x 9 inch square for a very high cake. Sprinkle with minced nuts and chocolate bits for a dandy frosting. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
