Ingredients
1 lb Fresh cooked shrimp
1 c. Roasted red peppers
1 Tbsp. Diced green chilies
2 x Chopped garlic cloves
2 c. Tomato juice
1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Fresh oregano
1 Tbsp. Fresh minced chives
1 Tbsp. Fresh tarragon
1 Tbsp. Fresh thyme
2 tsp Sugar Salt and pepper
Directions
Directions: In a food processor, combine ingredients for the sauce. Serve with the chilled cooked shrimp.
