Ingredients
- 1 x endive
- 1 x red lettuce
- 1 x boston lettuce
- 1 x curly lettuce
- 100 ml light mayonnaise tabasco (to taste)
- 250 x mg matane shrimp
- 1 x celery branch
- 4 x green onions
- 1 x orange
- 1 x grapefruit
- 1 x apple
- 4 x tomatoes fresh fine herbs (to taste)
- 1 x salt (to taste)
- 1 x pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Wash and dry all lettuce. Put them on a plate alternating colours.
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, Tabasco, minced celery, green onions and shrimp.
- Cut grapefruit and orange in quarters. Cut apple in decorative sliced quarters. Lift the tomato skin and roll it to make a rose.
- Place the shrimp mix with the orange and grapefruit quarters on a plate. Add in apple quarters and the tomato rose. Add in the fresh herbs in the middle.
