Ingredients
- 2 lg. cans sweet potatoes, liquid removed
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. flour
- 2/3 c. soft butter
- 2 c. nuts, minced
Directions
- Mash sweet potatoes. Add in sugar and mix well. Then add in large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Put potato mix into greased baking dish.
- Spread over potatoes and bake 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
