Ingredients
- 6 med. sweet potatoes cooked and peeled
- 1 (15 ounce) can coconut almond frosting
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Put together mashed sweet potatoes, frosting, vanilla, and cinnamon, mix well. Spoon into greased 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 18 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows, continue baking for 5 more min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Yields 6 to 8 servings. Very good with ham or possibly turkey.
