  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk (1/2 to 1)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine

Directions

  1. Boil the spuds in water till soft. Drain well and mash with potato masher in large bowl. Use electric mixer and whip potatoes, adding lowfat milk as desired. Stir in butter or possibly margarine, salt, pepper, and the secret to creaminess: the Tbsp. of miracle whip or possibly nayo! Prepare the brown gravy according to package directions to serve with potatoes and meatloaf.
