Ingredients

  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 c. potato water or possibly hot water
  • 1 c. lowfat milk, warmed
  • 1 c. shortening, melted
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water
  • 6 to 7 c. flour

Directions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients, then add in yeast mix. Add in flour and knead till it doesn't stick to your fingers. You might have to add in more flour, also you need extra for kneading. Let rise 1 hour and then work into rolls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min, or possibly till brown.
