Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crabmeat
- 1 raw egg
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 4 saltines, crushed
- 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper, parboiled
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except crabmeat and lowfat milk, let stand 10 min. Add in crabmeat. Mix well. Put in buttered baking dish. Pour the lowfat milk over all. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven till slightly brown.
