Directions

  1. Remove all cartilage from crab meat. In a bowl, mix egg, bread, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add in crab meat and mix gently. If dry, add in more mayonnaise. Shape into 6 cakes. Cook in just sufficient fat not to stick. 5 min to a side.
