Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 pound dry beef
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients and turn into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with minced nuts, if you like.
