Ingredients

1/4 pound dry beef
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. green pepper, finely diced
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix together all ingredients and turn into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with minced nuts, if you like.
