Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, minced fine
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and parsley
Directions
- Saute/fry onion in butter. Add in mushrooms; saute/fry 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients, except mayonnaise. Drain if too moist. Add in sufficient mayonnaise to hold together. Mound and chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
