Ingredients
- 1 c. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. celery, minced
- 2 tbsp. onion, minced
- 3/4 c. cooked ham
- 1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, minced
- 1/4 c. black olives, minced
- 1 tbsp. flour
- Grnd nutmeg
Directions
- Cook mushrooms, celery, onion and black olives in 1 Tbsp. bacon drippings till tender. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, mayonnaise, flour, salt and Worcestershire. Stir in cooked vegetables, ham and cheese. Turn into pie shells. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
