Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl. Shape into small balls and place in a single layer in a large baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 min. Drain and set aside.
