Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. of bran muffin mix
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 tbsp. butter (melted)
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 apple, cubed (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin or possibly use large baking c.. Combine first 3 ingredients and stir well. Add in raisins, nuts and cinnamon. Cubed apple may be added if you like.
  2. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
