Ingredients
- 1 (30 ounce.) can sweet potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 c. marshmallows (miniature)
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice or possibly cinnamon
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions
- Drain potatoes; mash well in a mixing bowl and add in minced nuts. Heat butter, add in sugar, spice and honey. Pour into mashed potatoes; mix well. Place in oven proof bowl in center of rack at 325 degrees for 20 min, remove and top with marshmallows. Brown, watch closely, will brown quickly. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
