Ingredients
- 1/2 c. King (light) syrup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 can sweet potatoes
- 1 dozen large marshmallows
Directions
- Boil syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon and white vinegar till thick. If necessary, add in more syrup to thicken. Add in sweet potato and continue to boil. Place in oven casserole with marshmallows on top and bake at 350 degrees till marshmallows are slightly browned.
