Ingredients
- 1 pound marshmallows
- 2 c. whipping cream.
- 12 graham cracker squares
- 1 box Nabisco famous thin chocolate refrigerator dessert wafers
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Heat the marshmallows in the lowfat milk, stirring till completely melted. Let the mix completely cold; then stir in the whipping cream which's already been whipped. Crush up finely the chocolate wafers, graham crackers, and mix the crumbs together. Arrange 1/2 of crumbs in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan; slowly pour marshmallow mix on top of crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top of pudding; chill for 4 hrs before serving.
