Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mushroom caps
- 1 head fresh cauliflower
- 2 green peppers, seeded and cut in pcs
- 2 carrots, scraped and cut in pcs
- 1 sm. can black olives
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 T wine vinegar
- 2 packages. Italian salad dressing mix
Directions
- Mix vegetables. Cover with dressing and marinate at least 24 hrs.
