Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 can (6 ounces) pitted ripe olives, drained
  • 1/4 pound salami-slices, quartered
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper-cut into 1/2 inch pieces
