Directions

  1. Place melon chunks and strawberries in a large shallow dish. Combine orange juice and brown sugar and pour over fruit. Marinate mix in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
  2. Combine lowfat sour cream, honey and ginger in a small bowl and chill for about 30 min.
  3. Spoon melons into individual serving bowls, and top with lowfat sour cream mix. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
