Ingredients
- 2 T concentrated orange juice
- 1/4 c. basil
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 shredded onion
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 London broil, 1 1/2" thick
Directions
- Put together all ingredients except meat. Place London broil in shallow dish. Pour marinade over meat. Allow meat to marinate at least 2 hrs in refrigerator. Broil in the oven or possibly cook on grill, about 7 min on each side.
